The Farmer Management module maintains complete farmer profiles, land records, banking information, and multi-year cropping history.
Onboarding Methods
AgroOps provides three distinct ways to onboard farmers:
- Conversational AI Onboarding: Field worker or farmer speaks in native regional language; AI agent collects details conversationally.
- Standard Form Entry: Web portal for bulk or manual desktop registration.
- Bulk Excel/CSV Import: Import thousands of farmer records mapped to FPO rosters.
Farmer Profile Details
- Personal Details: Name, father/spouse name, gender, contact number, government ID.
- Land Holdings: Total acreage, ownership status (Owner, Tenant, Sharecropper), survey numbers, and polygon GPS boundaries.
- Financial Details: Bank account, IFSC code, and crop insurance policy number.
- Historical Performance: Past yield history, credit rating, and default risk index.
