Seed Allocations

The Seed Allocations module governs the assignment and distribution of seeds from reserved warehouse batches to specific registered farmers.

Allocation Workflow​

  1. Navigate to Seed & Inputs > Seed Allocations.
  2. Select New Allocation Request.
  3. Choose the active Crop Plan.
  4. Select the farmer or farmer cluster.
  5. AgroOps automatically pulls the farmer's registered acreage and calculates the eligible seed quota:
    • For example: 3.5 acres × 40 kg/acre = 140 kg (7 bags of 20 kg).
  6. Assign the seed batch from available warehouse inventory.
  7. Click Confirm Allocation.

Managing Quotas & Limits​

  • Maximum Cap: Enforces subsidy caps (e.g., maximum 5 acres subsidized per farmer).
  • Payment Settlement: Record whether payment is settled via cash, credit, or FPO crop-advance deduction.
  • Dispatch Vouchers: Generates printable and digital allocation vouchers with unique serial numbers and verification barcodes.
